This season's most popular outerwear series uses Kapok plant fiber. Kapok is attracting attention as a sustainable alternative to waterfowl feathers (down) and polyester. We chose this material because we wanted to convey the necessity of this material to children who love animals and nature.

■Details

Body:

  • A reversible blouson. Snudi is included in the set.
  • A simple design with loofah quilting on the front and no quilting on the back.
  • It has a relatively clean silhouette that can be worn as an inner coat under an outer layer.
  • The filling is neither too thin nor too hot, so you can wear it for more than half of the year, excluding midsummer.
  • With pockets on both sides.
  • The outer material has a matte texture, so you can also use it for formal wear by removing the Snudi.
  • Elastic cuffs prevent wind from entering.

Snudi:

  • The included Snudi looks like a snood, but it has a 2-way design with a hidden hood inside.
  • The back of the neck is made of fleece for warmth.
  • In early fall and early spring, only Snudi is available separately. When you want to protect yourself from the cold, such as in the middle of winter, during leisure activities, or when riding a bicycle, you can take out the hood and cover your ears to keep you warm without the need for ear protection.

■Size selection

  • If you want to wear it inside as an outer layer, we recommend choosing a size that matches your height.
  • If you are sensitive to cold and would like to wear it under a thick coat, you can order one size down.

■Material outer material:

  • A densely woven material using GRS certified recycled nylon (100% recycled/GRS certified) for the warp thread and organic cotton (GOTS certified) for the weft thread.
  • Fluorine-free and water repellent. It has a natural touch but also has a technical texture.

lining:

  • Made of recycled nylon recycled from textile waste (100% recycling rate/GRS certified). Features a lightweight, supple texture and matte texture unique to fine-count nylon.

Filling:

  • The filling is a combination of plant fiber (kapok) and recycled polyester.

Kapok is a deciduous tree belonging to the Malvaceae family, and is grown and cultivated mainly in Southeast Asia. The cotton obtained from tree nuts is made into fiber. Characteristics of Kapok include:
