LINE = 直線・まっすぐ・真面目さ

世の中は、たくさんの曲線と直線で成り立っています。ARCH&LINEは、洋服を作り上げるのに不可欠な「パターン」の中で、私たちが美しいと思う曲線と直線を表現しています。

いつでも「真面目さ（LINE）」の中に、「遊び心（ARCH）」を忘れずにいたい。そんな思いから、この名前をつけました。

そして“ARCH”には、想いや、人と人をつなげる架け橋になりたいという願いも込めています。ギフトとして選んでいただいた時の贈る方から贈られる方への想い、作り手から着る人への想い。いろいろな“見えないARCH”を架けることが、私たちの願いです。

私たちは、洋服の持つ力を信じています。

洋服づくりを志したのは、これまで何度も洋服によって元気が出たり、幸せな気持ちになれたから。こどもの頃から洋服を通してそんな体験をし、洋服を好きになってほしい。洋服を大切にしてほしい。そんな願いを込めて、デザインし、届けています。

LINE = straight line, honesty, seriousness

The world is made up of many curves and straight lines. ARCH&LINE expresses the curves and lines we find beautiful through patterns, the foundation of making clothes.

We want to keep playfulness inside sincerity. “ARCH” also holds our wish to become a bridge between people and feelings: from giver to receiver, from maker to wearer.

We believe in the power of clothes. We design and sell our products with the hope that children will experience joy through clothing, grow to love clothes, and take good care of them.
